1-2: watch repeat telecasts of Frontline, taiwanese documentary on migrating crabs, prawns, and eel.
2: turn laptop on, check mail, upload photos, check blog, talk nonsense to whoever would listen on MSN
3: type 20 words
3.30: repeat activities at 2 pm

4.30: repeat activities at 3.30 pm
Activities from 5 pm onwards are basically a repeat of 4.30 pm activities, with bathing, eating dinner and TV interspersed.
